OSPREYFRANCE boiler-free steam generator produces steam in a continuous feed.
Control over the output of water pressure and heating temperature accordingly provide full control over vapour quality.
The steam concentration (% water content) is fully adjustable with a simple button (dry steam/wet steam) depending on the purpose and amount of dirt.
The power of saturated dry steam degreasing is up to 5 times higher than conventional steam production systems with boilers.

The water is pushed by a pump inside the electric coil and heated by contact with the heating element. The resistance heater is in the centre of the tube.
