| The saturated steam cleaning chamber can be effectively incorporated within modern manufacturing processes where production rates are increasingly high. |
This automated steam cleaning centre can work both as an intermediate inter-operation cleaning phase within the manufacturing process (continuous feed degreasing of parts, steam oil removal of parts after machining), and as a high-precision final clean before finishing (coating, assembly, treatment) to remove contaminants.

Automated process using saturated steam in a chamber
|
- The fixed steam unit with its 6-axis application robot moves around the part for automated degreasing, cleaning and washing.
- The high temperature steam (between 150 and 250°C), up to 15 bars of pressure, condenses oil and grease and removes them.
- The perfectly cleaned part leaves the chamber dry, and can move to the next stage in the production cycle.
